Regional Sales Manager
Our Victoria, Minnesota location has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager. This position develops and manages new customer programs and interacts with existing customers on existing programs to increase sales and profitability for HEI.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Marketing
1) Create, Maintain and Nurture high level relationships with key customers in targeted markets
2) Act as a technical and business “expert” in support of sales efforts for new and existing programs
3) Create and advocate a product development roadmap to support ongoing customer and HEI desired market requirements
4) Frequent Travel (approximately 50% - 75%)
Manufacturing
1) In cases where expediting is necessary, coordinate efforts within HEI to achieve the best possible response on behalf of the customer and HEI
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
· Must have Miller Heiman Strategic selling background
· Self Starter and excellent territory development skills
· 4 year college degree required
· 5+ years experience in related sales including successful previous sales in HEI targeted markets
· Excellent written and oral skills
· Must have the ability to persuade and influence decision makers
· Works effectively with others in a high paced demanding environment
