13Gb/s modulator Driver Amplifiers (MDA) – our MDA stage driver amplifiers are designed for use in fiber optics, telecommunication and automated test equipment applications. They’re perfect for driving lithium, niobate (LiNbO3) modulators at Vpp levels up to 7.3V, while providing low jitter and minimum propagation delay, making them an excellent choice for OC-192/STM-64 (SONET) systems.
